SAMMY (QUIETUDE SEASHORE) and SHEILA KING

Hi,

Another great moment in the Sammy-Sheila journey.

A truly exciting moment happen yesterday.  Something I have been hoping for since Sammy came home.  When I got to the barn it was still quite early.  When I put on the lights I did not see Sammy in his stall.  I crept over quietly and sure enough he was lying down.  I scooched down and gently opened his door and we were eye to eye.  I slowly entered the stall and sat down next to him and started to talk to him.  Then I heard Nancy whisper "I'll be right back I'm going to get my camera".  To pass the time I decided to sing a lullaby to Sammy.  It seemed to work well.
